Fall is here!

Real Estate

Hello, Friends!

We made it through another Tucson summer! Message me and tell me what you did over the past few months. As many of you know, I was incredibly busy the entire season, thanks to you and your referrals. I was able to assist 5 families with their real estate goals and I enjoyed working with each and every one of those families. Around mid-September, I closed the last of the summer rush and then took a few weeks off. I renovated two rooms in my home, had some work done on my car, made time for some home maintenance appointments and health appointments, and then took a couple days to just rest and read and craft. I enjoyed my catch-up-on-life time thoroughly and am now back to working hard for all of you and your family and friends.

As I write this blog post, I am hosting an Open House at Meritage Homes’ new community, Sunset Crest, off of Ajo and Kinney Roads. I am aware that the latest increase in interest rates has made buyers hesitant on purchasing their next home, so I decided to spend some time at new construction sites and learn about their rates and incentives for buyers in order to best assist anyone who comes my way and asks if there is a way to purchase a home and save some money. Please message me if you want more information about purchasing a new construction home and how it compares to residential resale! And, YES!, you should definitely use a Realtor when buying a brand new home. The sales representatives at the sites work for the builder - your Realtor would negotiate with them on your behalf with your best interest in mind.

I hope you all are having a wonderful start to the Fall season - I know I’m enjoying this cooler weather! And as always, please keep me in mind if anyone you know needs a Realtor. I promise to take the utmost care of them and do my absolute best job for them. Feel free to message me or shoot me a text message! I love hearing from you. Talk soon.
